First floor

Bedroom one contains an antique style double bed, walnut mirrored robe and dressing table - this is a very cosy room with views across the green.

Bathroom: this simply splendid bathroom with black and white chequered tiling incorporates a large Georgian window overlooking the rear garden, a Victorian style free standing bath with shower over and a period style pedestal sink and toilet.

Second floor

Bedroom two incorporates a large heavy pine double bed, a front facing window in the roof, again looking out over the green.

To the rear

Immediately to the rear is a small yard area with wrought iron table and chairs. A wicker gate leads across the pathway to a further garden area which is delightful on a summers evening. It is heavily stocked with Pyracanthia, Weeping Cherry, Berberis, Camelia and much more centred round an ancient Acer.
